Shipping Rates For US
Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $40 (not including 1.5ml Vials).
Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5~8 business days after the order is placed using UPS. In some instances, USPS may be used based on location. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8 for all orders (for orders under $40).
Alaska and Hawaii have a standard flat rate shipping of $15 on orders 0.1lb–15.005lbs and $45 on orders 14.996lb–20.005lbs.
Shipping To Canada
Shipping rates to Canada are carrier calculated rates, meaning that the rate will be calculated based on the package, weight, and address.
Notice
- Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend filing a claim with UPS for the lost package, unfortunately we cannot reship or replace orders without a claim being processed
- Ellis Brooklyn is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
- Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Ellis Brooklyn assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a longer turnaround time.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Ellis Brooklyn allows 30 day returns for all unused products with the exception of sale items
- Please note that products are eligible for return only if they are unused and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped to Canada.
